AAAhhh Friday
I love Friday. I think it's my favorite day of the week. Everyone says the love Saturday, but I bet they really like Friday better. Think about it, so loaded with potential... The entire weekend out in front of you. So lovely.
It's been a whirlwind of a week. Eli, as I said earlier has been a little under the weather. Today his cough is really bad. But, he's getting better and is sleeping better. I tried to remember the entire week and realized I have spent every day this week at home. Strange, I used to run the roads so much. Kids have a way of grounding you though.
This weekend is the Super Bowl. Dave and I are boycotting by having a non- Super Bowl Sunday. We are going to get out of the house and enjoying the town without the crowd (hopefully)... Not that we don't like football. We just feel like posers watching only one game a year. Kinda like going to church only on Christmas or Easter... Not that there's anything wrong with that either. It just feels like the Super Bowl should be reserved for the truly dedicated. Not just the fair weather fans.. Just my opinion. I dunno, maybe it's sleep deprivation talking here.
We have some good friends working in Bosnia with YWAM. Their little guy is so cute. I have his pic on my desk. Kinda makes me think of Simon. So round and cute. I know Eli is also reaching this stage. Hmmm maybe I do want more babies one day. I'll not get started on that tangent for now.
Well, I should be off to tend to my cutie patooties.
Much love...
